  • shakar - 50 gr
  • sariyog' - 250 gr
  • shakar upasi - 75 gr
  • qavartma - 1 choy qoshiq
  • tvorog - 250 gr
  • mayiz - 50 gr
  • limon - 1 dona

Tayyorlash usuli

Shirin bulochkalarni tayorlash uchun kerakli masalliqlar:

— 250 gr un

— 250 gr sariyog‘

— 250 gr yog‘li bo‘lmagan tvorog

— 50 gr shakar

— ta’bga ko‘ra dolchin (koritsa)

— 1 ch. q. yumshatgich (razrixlitel)

— 75 gr (1 ta paket) shakar upasi

— limon (sharbati uchun)


Un, tvorog, sariyog‘, yumshatgich (razrixlitelya)ni aralashtirib, xamir qoring. So‘ng plyonka yordamida o‘rab, 1 soatga muzlatgichga olib qo‘ying.

Ungacha yong‘oqlarni maydalang va mayiz, shakar va dolchin (koritsa) bilan aralashtiring.

Endi xamirni muzlatgichdan olib, to‘rtburchak shaklida bir tekisda yoyib chiqing.


Xamirni yog‘lab, yong‘oq va mayizli aralashmani seping va rulet shaklida o‘rang.



Ruletni kesib, yog‘langan listga tering.

200 gradus haroratda qizdirilgan duxovkada 20-25 daqiqa davomida pishiring.


Shirin bulochkalar ustini shakar upasi va limon sharbatidan tayyorlangan glazur surting.
